Great location right downtown. Loved that the front desk was open around noon and that our room was ready that early! Front desk lady had perfect English. Room was tiny but perfect and sparkly clean. Loved that breakfast was included. Fabulous value for cost.

everything was perfect and the staff was available for any requests. rooms are clean and comfortable I will advice the place to every people that are practical but seeking for nice easy and friendly stay in Aveiro!

We stayed for one night, the room was small but for sleeping is enough. Bed comfy, super clean, great location with loads of restaurants around, breakfast included (toast, cold meats, pastries, drinks...) For that price is great 😃

Absolutely lovely lady at reception, made a hot water bottle for me in after hours. The location was great and there was a heater in the room.
Blinds really didn't block the light from the streetlamp outside, I had to tie leggings around my face for blackout. I didn't sleep that well.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was lovely and helpful.
The hair dryer inside the room did not work but they gave us a portable one.

Very surprised that the rooms were renovated and very clean. Staff was very nice and very informative. Breakfast is very basic but enough to get you going for the day.
The rest of the hotel needs to be renovated to reflect the beauty of the rooms. hotel should provide mini shampoos for guests incase they forget. Breakfast was also very basic.

Was a straight run from the bus stop/train
close to sea front and fab restaurants with seafood esp Cais do Pescado ( go to the first floor area)

Location was very good, easy 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to the main sites. Room was small but tidy, comfy enough for the 4 of us, simple but good breakfast to kick in the day.

The person at the desk was very helpful and friendly, the building is in an excellent location central to the old part of town, and the room was big and comfy

Location, and the room and linens are very clean.
Breakfast was a plus although very basic.
Probably one of the worst bathroom and shower I've been in, very difficult to get water at the right constant température. Either cold or burning hot. Dinky shower doors, no place to put your soap or other, only place to hang your towels or anything else is above the toilet.
Bring earplugs.
Get rid of the dirty stair carpets, they give the wrong impression.
