Ramada Hotel & Suites Kranjska Gora

Great location and good parking. Breakfast was very good too.

Would like to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.

l'hotel era perfetto dopo l'arrivo da una gara. posizione centralissima, c'era tutto quello che serviva. colazione molto buona!

niente. a parte il prezzo. ma sempre in linea con la zona.

Basically (almost) everything: location, the hotel staff, the food, the facilities, proximity to stores, the ability to store bikes over night free of charge and a discount (because of staying at the hotel) for renting them from Intersport, accross the road. Breakfast is amazing, really good food! Close to bus station which takes you in appox. 90 minutes to Kranj, closest stop towards Ljubljana Aerodrom (once you go down at Kranj AP, you would take a taxi though). Beds very comfortable, rooms large, super cleaning, free access to swimming pool, and so on. If you want to go to Kranjska Gora, highly recommend this one!

I said almost everything, because the coffee from the breakfast is really s**tty. Don't know why... It tastes very bad, and it looks to be a hotel thing, because at a B&B in Ljublajana it was the same. Maybe the machines need to be changed... 😬

Location very convenient, walk to restaurants. Easy free parking. Price fair, we chose to save money and forego having pool or spa facilities. Breakfast buffet large and included. Balcony with mountain view was good to have, but it is behind concrete, sort of boxed in. Staff was accommodating. Convenient having a bar/cafe attached with an impressive wine list.

This hotel has no air conditioning! We missed this detail until too late. It was 90 degrees out, all week, in May. The staff brought us a fan upon request which helped, and we slept with doors open and overnight it was much cooler. There are no outlets by the beds, only 2 outlets in room, one was used for the fan, was hard to charge our devices and use CPAP. We asked the night before where to go to make our coffee/tea in the AM which we brought with us, just needed mugs and kettle, they told us in the restaurant room. But the hotel staff at restaurant (same guy as at desk night before) strictly did not allow us to bring in our own oatmilk, bottle of water, coffee/tea, very strange. We were then told to go to front desk and ask for a kettle for the room. Probably a language barrier, it arrived at the room in just a few minutes, would have been nice to just get it the night before when we asked.
