Stunning hotel. Unexpectedly nice too. Like a little solace haven within close walking distance of Albufeiras Strip.

The room was lovely and modern, very clean. Nice reception area, breakfast, pool. Felt safe and comfortable. Beds were so comfy, nice balcony. Lovely rooms. Receptionists were very helpful. Supermarket opposite is handy. Very close to the beach - 7 minute walk to nearest.
Noisy - it’s very near the new strip so can hear music and people shouting all through the night. Didn’t sleep at all the first night so bought ear plugs and then was ok. One staff member was slightly inappropriate and flirty (made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveller) but other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Het receptiepersoneel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer en het ontbijt waren prima. Het hotel is op loopafstand van twee mooie stranden. De huurauto kon vlak bij het hotel gratis op de openbare weg worden geparkeerd.
Dit hotel is absoluut ongeschikt voor oudere stellen. Bij het inchecken voor 5 nachten in juni 2022 hoorden wij al harde muziek bij het hotelzwembad. Navraag bleek dat het hotel elke dag van 12:00 - 20:00 uur een discjockey bij het zwembad zijn muziek repertoire op luide toon ten gehore brengt. Ook werden wij door de receptioniste gewaarschuwd dat direct tegenover het hotel de discotheek KISS om middernacht tot 06:00 uur in de ochtend op volle toeren draait. Het hotel is vol met Engelse jeugd en deze neemt deel aan deze muziek evenementen. Onze ervaring is dat deze jeugd tot diep in de nacht heel veel lawaai maakt en geen rekening houdt met andere hotelgasten. Na twee nachten zonder nachtrust hebben wij onze ongenoegen bij de receptioniste kenbaar gemaakt en heeft zij voor ons in een veel rustiger hotel van dezelfde hotel keten 5 minuten verwijderd zonder bijbetaling kunnen onderbrengen. Hiermee was ons probleem direct verholpen. Met dank aan deze receptioniste.

The rooms were nice and spacious, the pool area is nice and the beds to lay on are a bonus. The staff are so friendly! The bar man was amazing and so attentive, he really looked after us! The hotel is so close to the new strip and only 4-5euro in an uber to the old town. Would recommend for big groups!

The hotel is a party hotel so if you don’t want to party around the pool or at the nightclub opposite , it’s probably not for you

Very noisy, every night there was a party in the apartments and loud music until morning . We couldn’t rest properly.Far from the beach and no easy access. The staff from the restaurant was rude

Our rooms were ready when we arrived two hours before the official check out times. The staff were extremely flexible and friendly. There was good communication and response times before I had arrived. The breakfast was simple yet tasty and the vibe of the hotel was very chilled and calm. Close to the strip, but far enough away to be away from the hubbub.
The cleaner didn't really clean the room. I put my sign on the door in the mornings and the same dirty glasses from the bar and the same towels remained on the floor. Only the cushions had been placed on the bed.

Girl on check in give us a free upgrade.it was wifes birthday on our stay and the hotel left cake and candle in our room. Appartments was clean and had everything you needed,also had an iron and ironing board.
these are only small things tho I think make the difference.. standing mirror in hallway but no socket or light to actually see what your doing while getting ready.. very limited wall sockets. The coffee machine had empty coffee pods left in it from previous guests. 1 other thing was the pool bar staff. Let's just say not very friendly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff were great, room was clean and bed super comfy, plenty of pillows and aircon worked well. Very central location.
This place is so close to the strip if you are not going out you will find it hard to sleep. Not sure if the bar lady was having a bad day the one and only time we went for a drink at the hotel, she was very grumpy especially in comparison to the lovely reception staff.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel is near three beaches, walking 5-7 minutes. Friendly staff, clean, nice rooms, and well priced.

kitchennette could be more equipped and mind that this is a party place so can be noisy, didn’t bother us, but not for a light sleeper definitely

Reception staff are really friendly. Anastasia in particular was a gem in helping us arrange dinners and trips. The location is a walking distance from the strip but far from the old town.
The room is old & run down. It's only cleaned every 3 days. The pool staff lack excitement and the willingness to work. Pricey for the quality you receive. The hotel could have so much potential.
