Parking in the rear is a challenge but space was available both nights so it was fine.

The staff were friendly, but I felt sorry for them having to work there. Presumably they're the ones who get the brunt of all the complaints.

The owner has some neck charging these prices for what was essentially a very old-fashioned B&B. I appreciate that keeping a business afloat comes at a price these days, but this was exceptionally bad. I've never left a bad review online before but I really don't want anyone else wasting their money on such an uncomfortable and outdated "hotel".

Room was booked and advertised as two double beds, upon arrival there was only two single beds for my two night stay! Very disappointing

Location is excellent. Bonus is a parking. Staff was extremely friendly.

I thought the man working at reception was very welcoming.

The room was not clean at all there were crumbs all over the carpet. A hair in the “clean” bed on our day of arrival. The toilet had stains all down the pan. Looked as though it had never been cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom was also filthy with toothpaste stains. The whole place needs a revamp. It is dated, out of fashion and lacking in a lot of places. For the £280 for two nights I was externally disappointed. We were so disappointed we actually checked out of the hotel early and had to leave the hotel.
