great location and staff

My room was huge, comfortable and clean
First of all. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. Its 3 star.
The room was clean and huge however it did have stains on ceilings , no tea making facilities and poor facilities at pool. Sun loungers cheap, dirty broken tiles around pool and very few sun loungers. Inside my friends bag was stolen from luggage area. Hotel allows anybody to just walk in and out of luggage room. Its not a bad hotel but its defo not a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels.

Room very good,large bed, good kitchen etc.
The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive. I’d like to highlight Marcia, who assisted us; she was impeccable.
not having toothpaste in the bathroom, nor mini shampoo,
but it wasn't a problem.
We'll even stay there again. 😍

Location
Being asked for copies of passports at check in (illegal) and asked for a €100 deposit. Haven’t looked into it but also likely illegal.
