La villa 1 est donné un accès direct à la mer. Plage propre et eau propre. Idéal pour la baignade.
Personnel sympa.
La maison coûte cher pour l’état dans lequel elle est. Odeur de renfermé en arrivant. Odeur d’égout dans la douche. Pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine. Mal lavé, cela ne donne pas envie de toucher quoique se soit dans la cuisine. Une rénovation des sols et salle de bain serait nécessaire.
A ce prix c’est l’emplacement que vous payez et non la villa.

The room was spacious
The hotel is directly opposite a karaoke/live music bar that goes on until well after 2am so it's impossible to sleep. The walls are so thin you feel like you're in the bar with them

Rien? Nous n'avons passé aucune nuit sur place pour éviter une crise d’asthme compte tenu de l’atmosphère ambiante dans le logement. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver un autre logement.

. Les pièces n’avaient manifestement pas été aérées avant notre arrivée
. Comportement exécrables du gérant sui nous a menacé de porter plainte à la police si on ne lui rendait pas les clés que nous avions gardé à la demande du service clients Booking (et bien que nous ayons payé d’avance le séjour !)

Perfect spot for our one day stay before flying from airport. Lovely, beautifully equipped and furnished apartment in excellent location.

nothing actually wrong with the premises, just the fact there was a building site next door and the noise was horrendous, then the staff came to us the day we checked in and gave us a letter stating the electric was going to be turned off the next day for the whole day. who would book a hotel if this was stated on booking.Con website? they will not refund me one penny for our issues, even after we booked another place to stay through them. disgusting customer care from booking .com. I can’t even upload the video I took to show what it was like 😡

The staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. The apartment was spacious and wonderfully furnished. . All in all a very good experience.
It's a bit noisy due to the planes.

We stayed for one night on route to Koh Phangan. The pool was amazing after a 12 hour flight. The staff were super helpful and the room were well equipped and spacious.

Ocean view villa was spacious for our group of 4. Our unit was quiet set back farther from the street and we enjoyed spending time sitting on the deck in the morning and during sunset. When the waters are calm, it’s nice take a quick swim in the ocean. The staff was really nice and accommodating.

was a nice place to stay while we waited one day for our flight. has everything you need within walking distance and it’s so close to the pier made it convenient coming back from Koh phangan. doesn’t get much simpler.

Decent place, with spacious rooms and close to many shops and good restaurants. The place was clean and the check-in painless
The main issue was the rude staff, not really helpful and with a bad attitude. Airport transfer is also overpriced, so we asked for a taxi, which made things super weird. The street is pretty noisy as well

I read that someone else could not get a late check out. So disappointing. There are a lot better places to stay near by. I stayed in privilege 6 weeks ago and wished I had gone back.
On a positive side the villas are a good size and great size fridge.
I won't be going back. But that's just me
