Great food , location was good
Reservations team and animation was great and servers too
Bar staff was shocking , I brought some guest with me and the old man have been very rude to him just because he wanted normal coke instead of Coke Zero , absolutely unacceptable I even had a world with his colleagues and explained this .
The hotel is great and food as well but staff is lacking of customer service, especially bar tenders and chefs this hotel got a lot of potential and could go to 5 star if more training are provided to the staff and hire staff carefully
