I always like staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the experience is always pleasant. I have been a frequent customer for 20 years.
Experience is always very pleasant. The location is excellent: it's close to everything and, since I don't drive, it's perfect for me.

Comfortable enough bed, on queen street so close to most amenities, staff were nice, check-in and check out was easy, was clean and tidy
Shower wouldn't work properly and would only put out very hot water

"I letti erano molto comodi, doccia calda, stufetta e frigo in camera. La tenda alle finestre para bene la luce"
