Reception Staff are friendly, allowed me to store my luggages in the lobby so no problems for me when I checked in and out. Toiletries are available. Very near to restaurants and shops. Didn’t expect there are staff who will change the beddings and take the trash out. Happy with the available kettle, fridge and microwave. Hope there is bread toaster too!
Compared to price, I am not very happy with the hotel space compared to other hotels that I had as its a little bit small especially I have luggages. Also, the closet is too high for an asian like me. However, there is great ventilation because of the windows and small balconee.

A great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The location is fantastic being right in the heart of the city / Queen St with easy accesibility. I had a very easy going and stress-free stay with a clean room, a wee view from the 17th floor, comfortable bed. An extra bonus was not needing to pay a deposit, so everything was very smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.

Location is great, very small balcony but was nice for the flow of fresh air.
Very small room, it was a bit noisy people walking past and yelling from the street (we had the balcony door open) but I guess that's what you'd expect when you're in the middle of the city

Great location
Staff on front desk made me feel a nuisance and as if I was disturbing their time at every interaction. Every time we interacted (check in, bag collection etc.) the staff said minimal or no words to me and was a completely uncomfortable experience. Stains on my sheets, balcony door open when I checked in, dirty shower curtain, terrible smell from cleaning products.
