Great location, friendly staff, very clean, comfy bed, great views
Could supply some bowls and spoons in the rooms if travellers don’t want to have the buffet breakfast

Generally the staff were very friendly. There was a power outage for 12 hours. They did their best.
We asked for fried eggs instead of scrambled wand they charged etc for it. (We had already paid for breakfast) this is the first time we had this experience!!

We were upgraded from Seanic to Legacy.
Nice room and comfortable bed.
Rather dusty. Not too many guests so staff numbers reduced.

Staff were very friendly. Clean accomodation. Shower had great pressure. Central location near connecting coach services and other attractions.
Cooked breakfast selections like warm at best. There is no lift for accommodation on the upper floors, making it difficult to navigate stairs while having mobility issues. Somewhat dated accomodation and dining room tables and chairs old and chipped with sticky surfaces.
