Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport

It’s in a very good location for the airport. The rooms are very nice

I don’t like that they take money out your card and hold it for 2 weeks. It was noisy (not the hotel’s fault) children were running down the corridor shouting

Very close to the airport but the best thing for me was the utmost kindness and patience shown to us in reception when we were checking in.

The lighting in the bathroom. It all looks very lovely but is useless for those attempting to wear makeup. Can’t see what you’re doing.

the location of our room.too far and too narrow hallways. too small rubbish bins weird-looking plastic chairs that didnt have any backrest lighting was weirdly distributed and switched. prefer to have dimmers breakfast buffet needs to improve their congee.no taste at all.

The rooms are always clean and tidy. The lady in the cafe was the only staff member who seemed interested in giving a good service.

It is a very long walk from the reception to the room, I had one large suitcase and two small ones and the man at the reception didn't offer to help take the bags. Even when I asked for help I was just given the concierge trolley to take them myself. He was more interested in getting back to the room out the back. It was pretty disheartening at 2am in the morning after a very long flight. This is not the first time this has happened here. The day staff the next day were no better. The lady in the cafe was lovely and friendly though. The accommodation itself is good but the staff lack the 'hospitality' bit of the experience.
