Large apartment with Balcony and kitchen

The size of the apartment was great, there was plenty of space and the sitting room was very comfortable. The swimming pool was exceptional. The staff were very professional and helpful. Any issues were attended to promptly.

The doors slam shut, you can't shut the apartment door without it banging. This means it can be very noisy at night when people return. The kitchen was functional but looking tired. The covering on the cupboard doors was pealing off and the doors needed adjusting to make them sit straight. The fridge was very noisy and the washing machine nearly took off when it went into spin, very noisy!

Rooms were spacious

We kept on check up as the hot water was not coming in the tap. Unfortunately no one was able to help us. Water was either cold or just little warm.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Incredibly clean rooms and kitchen. 2 bedroom is large and spacious.

One of the bulbs was burnt out in the master bedroom and air conditioner wouldn't drop room temperature to below 23° so we had to change to the smaller room. Construction to the parking areas caused a minor inconvenience and annoyance, but it's not a fault of the hotel or staff.
