Breakfast was amazing. Great choice and staff very good. Emily in reception and Karin and Yety in the bar to name three. Love the nightly entertainment. Love the eating facilities by the pool area. The Ranch House also great resturant. The cleaning staff were very polite.Cleanliness was exceptional. The two pools were great. The room size along with the balcony was also great.

We overall had a great experience. The biggest highlight was how spotless everything was — the property was immaculately clean throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic as well, going out of their way to accommodate our requests even though the hotel was fully booked during August. The room was exactly the size advertised, and the view over the Dead Sea was simply stunning. The Dead Sea swimming pool itself was amazing and so convenient. Food was excellent and came with great service, and the live music in the evenings was a wonderful touch. We also enjoyed the spa, which was very relaxing, and the sulfur pool (available for an additional fee) — well worth it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a few easy fixes that would make it a true 5 stars.

A couple of things held it back from a perfect 5-star experience for us: the beds weren’t quite up to the standard we’d expect at this rating, and the pool was extremely crowded. It would be great if they restricted the smaller upstairs pool to adults only, so everyone gets a fair chance to enjoy the water. Shame on Shabbat there were no drinks or snacks offered at all he whole day.

Amazing suite with great AC, comfortable bed, and huge balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the Dead Sea. Great food and friendly serving staff. Beautiful pool and spa facilities. Great location in front of Dead Sea with beach chairs.

Some of the front desk staff were surly but the manager was amazing.
