We didn't like the carpets in the room, we thought it would be better to have a proper floor that makes the room look more modern and definitely more hygiene, but overall we like the hotel and for sure stay again. Thank you 😊

Great location, the rooms are very basic, but perfectly clean, and that was most important for us. The beach is nearby, and also TLV center.

The pool is relatively small, and we couldn't use it during the weekend.

a lot of large tour groups in the hotel. this can sometimes impact and delay in restaurant availability for somewhere to sit. Rooms are not very soundproof.

The room was like a small dorm room back in the ‘60s. Windows allowed every noise from the outside. No wash cloths and the towels were extremely thin. Pillows were hard foam. Sorry but liked nothing about this place.

I have stayed in most 4/5 star hotels in tel aviv hotels over the past 40 years and this is my first here as my family live in the next road. All the staff make you feel so welcome. I came in December and saw Hila who look me round to see all the rooms and welcomed me back and I had a couple of small issues and the staff and manager Danah resolved them immediately. The location is good near all amenities of the market, and shops, cinema, Jaffa and 2 minutes to the beach. I upgraded to a junior suite and recommend it as loved having the extra space in the room and will ask for the same one again on the 15th floor next time. some of the rooms are a bit dated and it could be modernised in places, but it is what it is! I would definitely come back for my next visit.

it needs modernising in some areas, and also has some cleaning issues but they were resolved.

the room was not clean ; the staff was not sweet (except the lady who hosted us) ; the pool was closed ; the breakfast was not good / tasty ; no water in the room ; no take away / no room service ;

We were given a room with a view due to a mix up when the hotel's software couldn't process our Confirmation. Room was pretty. Reception was polite and efficient.

Room was said to be a Suite. It wasn't - in fact it was only an exceedingly small bedroom. The service at breakfast was non existent. Service seemed to be lacking in many hotels.

Location, location, location!!!

Had a few problems regulating the temperature in our room.

The breakfast was more than adequate, location great, staff fantastic, we had a suite with an amazing view of the sea. Reception (both day and night) were fantastic at catering to our special requirements.
