Great location , if the weather is nice it’s amazing place . Staff all great

The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcomed our dog without any fuss, even when he was unwell. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and dinner was excellent, with service to match. The pool was a lovely addition, perfect for a swim after a long journey. It was an excellent overnight stop from Switzerland to The North of England. We would stay again.

The room was rather small with a dog, but as we were only there for one night, we managed, though it would have been difficult for any longer. The shower glass was also too short, so the whole bathroom floor got wet we showered.

Room was lovely. Excellent restaurant. Outdoor pool area and bar is lovely on a sunny day.

The room rm 4 was next to an entrance which was noisy and we were woken by someone entering the property at around 5am. The air conditioning leaked water all over the floor. We were told by the property a few weeks after we had booked that we were unable to get into the property until 5pm due to an event in the surrounding area. We managed to get into at 5 but were then told that we could not eat as the restaurant was closed. The bar also closed very early again due to the event. We were told we could have attended the event to buy food from there. But we had been out from early morning and were very tired.
