L’emplacement ! L’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes à pied de la gare , du centre ville et ainsi des commerces importants ( restaurants , boutiques ) Les chambres sont spacieuse , la literie est bonne , nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Le personnel est accueillant et réactif ! C’est très appréciable ! Merci ! Je le recommande

L’hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner mais il y a tout autour des cafés / boulangerie disponible La salle est un petite mais il y a tout le nécessaire ( toilette , douche , lavabo )

事前にチェックイン方法が詳しく丁寧に送られてきたので、スムーズなチェックインが出来た。 チェックアウト後に荷物を預けることができたのも良かった。

Free and easy luggage storage on check in and check out days. Location is right in the city centre. We were even able to borrow an umbrella on a particularly rainy day.

Awful layout. Not tea or coffee in the room except just a kettle but no mugs or spoons? Bathroom floods. Tv doesn’t work. Only usually one person manning reception so can take 10 minutes to answer to check in. The noise from inside travels through the vents so some days is very noisy. Not worth the amount they charge at all - lots of much better accommodations around that charge less!

Dirty, small, uncomfortable, noisy neighbourhood, noisy hotel (no sound insulation), tiny bathroom with shower in the toilet, definitely not value for money

Oli epäselvyyttä onko henkilökunta paikalla vai ei. Tuli ohjeet omatoimiseen sisäänkirjautumiseen, mutta avainta ei löytynytkään ja sitten kävikin ilmi että henkilökunta olikin vielä paikalla kerroksissa.

Ubicación muy centrica. Muy cerca de la estación de trenes. Llegamos antes de la hora y tienen taquillas para las maletas y nos avisaron por sms cuando la habitación ya esta disponible. Nos dieron una habitación super grande. Muchos restaurantes en la zona.

location is good. the staff in reception was quite nice and help me a lot about the stay in helsinki. size of room was not as expected but it was fine.

reception had opening hour, I got to the hotel before opening and I had to find a place to stay till opened. it was easy to hear voice from the corridor, it would be better to make some solution for the sound insulation.

駅から近い、フロントに無料のコーヒーと電子レンジがあるので便利です。 スタッフの対応が親切でわかりやすいです。フロントが24時間対応ではありませんが何も困りません。 表の道路に面している部屋でなかったので、とても静かでした。滞在中にEURO24予選があり、前のIRISH BARでデンマークのサポーターが夜中まで騒いでいましたが、まったく騒音が聞こえませんでした。

洗面所の下のパイプからぽつぽつと水が漏れている、６０８号室。 トイレットペーパーのホルダーが夜中に落ちていた。

Very nice and modest accommodation in the heart of Helsinki near everything - city center, cafes, design district, public transportation and main train station. Room was cozy and clean, staff was nice and friendly.

We asked for 3 rooms near to each other & they were all together. Clean & comfortable, friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were small but adequate & each had an en suite. The location was very good, central & close to the railway station.

The location within the city was great. Despite it being in a busy area, the hotel room was excellently sound proofed.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly front staff, noise insulating windows and nice dark curtains for those Nordic summer nights :)

It's not necessarily a dislike, but the hotel is only on the 5th and 6th floors of the building, so be prepared to climb some stairs! They do have an elevator, but it's very small and slow.
