Absolutely fabulous, fabulous, fabulous hotel. From the check-in (Susane was amazing . Her knowledge and help was brilliant). The food...worth spending money on. Especially the breakfast in The Kitchen restaurant. It was our 40th Ruby anniversary, and a bottle of champagne and cake was awaiting our arrival. And also in the restaurant evening meal. Kris and Evangeline, as we're all the staff, looking after us. This hotel goes above and beyond . Secure parking and a fabulous Spa pool and amenities. Lovely promenade walk to Opatjia or a 20 minute bus ride to Rijeka . This hotel is by far one of the best we have stayed in. Very recommended.

The place is extremely clean, modern and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfy and pleasant to be in.
The surroundings are beautiful and you can get to the city quickly with public transport.
I had the feeling there was always something lacking.
The indoor pool was a little cold and a little shallow (ca 1.30m deep).
The restaurant doesn't have fix working times for dinner - we arrived at 9pm and the kitchen was already closed. When you do manage to get in, the menu is an odd mix of Italian, Austrian, Oriental and Thai cuisine which didn't really make any sense. The breakfast is certainly not worth the 25€ per person we paid.
The bar was decent, but, again, it closed early for a bar (12am).
