Hôtel Crayon

Location is perfect! Very central, convenient and walking distance to the shops but also metro. Room was functional. Everything I needed was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Aside from a small sign at the front desk, there are no signs throughout the hotel and rooms that indicate you are not allowed to smoke. I am VERY sensitive to smoke and was inconvenienced by my neighbour who smoked twice in the evening and once in the morning (7am… forced me out of bed) The hallway stank with cigarette smoke. Because the rooms are very small (normal for the location) and the windows don’t open, I was trapped in a smoke box and that made my stay very uncomfortable. To the hotel management, please at a minimum put signs everywhere so it is clear smoking is not permitted. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back because of this.

The location is perfect. Everything in a close area: restaurants, the metro, sights.

Our room was relatively small. Strange sealing but overall it’s nice

The books availeble to read at room.

The badroom door, and water temperature hard.

The location is great. The staff was friendly.

It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. There as a party in the room next to mine that the hotel didn’t do anything about. It went on well passed midnight and the windows did not block voices or traffic from the street below.
