Position, food and sea views from room. Indoor pool and spa also superb.

Too full, queuing for a drink, no authentic (Turkish) coffee station with barista.

Everything was exceptional.

Parking lot ia closed. The dishes are not clean. Pool/beach towels are not available half of the day.

it was slightly far out from the town of Marmaris but plenty of shops on the main road - did not like the cats there was one sitting at the reception desk when we arrived I think the night porter encouraged it & i had a bite out of my son’s hand then clawed at me I was a distance away registering & it but me & drew blood not a great welcome for a 5 star hotel - slow for attention to wfi & air conditioning !!!

Employees friendly and good central location

SPA employees are very annoying, pushy and trying to sell you desperately something. Even if you say no for a couple of times they are still trying if you cross them in the Hotel. In Addition if you go to the included SPA area there are no towels offered and you have to ask for it. We were even pushed out of Hamam because someone else had booked a massage. For a five star Hotel that’s not acceptable and they have to train or educate their Spa employees. For me the food was also not 5 stars but average!

It's not cutting edge, but then again Marmaris is a very small resort town. I think this hotel the best choice in Marmaris overall. Good beach, good food, breathtaking views. Minor things like phone not working in the room can be overlooked. Worth visiting for a few days.

staff are not friendly at all, they switched off the electricity on us in the last hour before check out also we informed reception that we will leave by noon but by 11 am electricity was off ! also some staff are annoying for tip ! also the mention it’s all inclusive yet not every thing in the bar or the restaurant is free!

It was OK

We stayed at another hotel which ruined our holiday so we decided to stay at the Grand Azure instead. You cannot fault this hotel at all. From the very moment you arrive you are greeted with such a lovely warm welcome happy friendly smiling faces. The staff are incredible at this hotel. But it didn’t end there. Our rooms were lovely, spacious, clean, tidy and peaceful. our kids absolutely loved the indoor heated pool and the all-inclusive option is absolutely brilliant. There is a Private beach with the hotel and it is only a 15 minute walk to the shops in market, so the hotel is located in a prime location, not forgetting to mention the wonderful scenery and views surrounding it. The food is incredible. The staff and waiters are so attentive. Our children were a little fussy at times however, the chefs were more than happy to cater to them . A special mention to “Cumhur” the chef / food staff who made my kids garlic bread which wasn’t on the menu and brought it to our table with a smile always ! Thank you Cumhur you are an asset to the team! The Tui rep Cami is really lovely and goes above and beyond for Tui customers. Thank you Cami.

the view of room was fantastic, staffs in restaurant and bar are friendly, good food , l like 24h caffee shop ☕️ that’s fantastic 👌🏼for shopping 🛍️ you can go near shops about 30 minutes by walking or 15 minutes by taxi 🚕 or minibus . minibuses are available from hotel it’s really easy and useful.

orange juice or apple juice and other are not natural , I like to serve food by myself not by chef

Lovely grounds, chic interiors, enormous suite,delicious food and cocktails

Very dark room - no sun on balcony and looked over another hotel.Outside noise a real problem - French doors were ill fitting.

Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Not only they were very kind to us but also to each other. This shows that it's a well managed facility.

Although were were told that we can have a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, it was fully booked for 6 days in a row. We stayed 6 days, therefore we couldn't reserve a table. It was our honeymoon and this was disappointing for us. It shouldn't be difficult to schedule the guest with longer staying period to the later days and leave space for other guests.
