nothing really stands out

Everything was fantastic and exceeded our expecations. From the cleanliness, to the great and tasty variety of food, facilities, and the friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent and there is great eye for detail to make it appealing. For example, there is a lot of greenery and shade from it which is different from many other hotels in the area. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
Of course there is always room for improvement.
The parasols on the beach are outdated and need replacing. They’re practically useless.
The sauna experience can be improved with different and hotter saunas, ambient music, and a lounge area to relax after the cold water treatment post sauna.
Nevertheless, all things considered these are two small points and the whole experience is a 10/10!

Lovely hotel, fantastic food, staff all lovely. Great entertainment
Beach facilities were good but sea was a bit merky, smelt of fuel from boats, but that can't be helped

The garden was well taken care of and spacious, a good and fresh place to spend the hot hours.
Nothing wrong, but for a 5 stars hotel priced at the level it is priced, I had better facilities, food, and entertainment
