Good location and great view of ocean. Maintenance guy was very quick to replace leaking shower head and taps.

The bar and restaurant were all modern and clean and very good
The bathroom was in an appalling state. Filthy grout and the ply on the back of the door was peeling off. They had changed power points in the most sloppy way with odd tiles. We showed the staff at reception photos blood?? (Blood or something else) smeared all over the tiles and door frame and asked them to clean it off when they did the rooms. This was not done. Still there. The floor in bathroom was filthy but they did not clean. Purely a change of towels. The bedroom was clean and ok but the bathroom made the stay very unpleasant. And all for a very high nightly price. I understand they have miners staying in a lot of the rooms but for us tourists travelling through it was definitely sub standard.

My toilet bowl leaked onto the floor, not good at all. I informed the staff about the issue.

The restaurant was nice
For the high price per night, the bathroom was very dirty and we had 2 cold showers in the evening. First thing in the morning the water was hot.

Was staying in town on business. The Hedland Hotel met all my needs and was comfortable. By nature of it being in Hedland, it was not the cleanest and nicest hotel going, but was great for the area. The food at the restaurant was great and the ladies serving were great.
The bathroom was a bit beat up, but it's par for the course up there. It did the job. Not sure if it's a council thing, but it would be great if there was a pathway to access the beach. The room is 50mtrs from the beach, but it's a scrub dune to get there. I would have liked to wander down and dip my toes in the water.

Ther room was presented well.
No Cold water in the fridge. It would have added to the experience. The Air conditioner was struggling to cool the room.

location. it is the turtle egg hatching season, the beach is just right behind the hotel.
The rooms are extremely damp. The walls and floors are wet after our shower even we turn bathroom fan all night.

everything, old decrepit very expensive, bathroom is a disgrace painted tiles all pealing and dirty, walls in room pealing paint, pillow has stains, paid over $400 for something that was well below standard.

Location was amazing, staff were very friendly and accomodating. Food was superb, had brekki, lunch and dinner while we stayed there.
Some things could be upgraded ie; new fridges, shower heads and maybe firmer mattresses. But all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
