Basic kitchen - no cooker shelf or tray, small cups, plates, bowls. Very cold pool

The complex is very run down , with little to no up keep .The price was very high in comparison to the state of accommodation.

The peace and quiet, plenty of sunbeds ,christina and her mother valentina on reception are always ready to help with any problems, not that we had any ,ive stayed in the isabel before good apartments decent locacion for me ,could maybe do with sorting the wifi with a stronger signal it can be a bit hit and miss in the rooms but if i really needed it then you can go dowstairs at reception, was there before for 3 weeks and the people i booked through (stay for long) hadnt paid or made my booking ,valentina got me sorted into le ta gala for 5 nights then back to the isabel for the rest ,most helpfull

Location is good and the shop below the apartment is very convenient. Staff were lovely and very friendly.

The advertised secure gate was never locked or closed during my entire stay. This meant that someone who was not staying in Isabel, was using the apartments free WIFI almost every night from around 1am until after 5am. Very loudly and moving chairs too. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling quite badly and had a bit of a whiff too. The bathroom window didn't close at all.

proper budget, old and dated, WiFi went down for days

Bed sheets not changed once in ten days. Put food in the fridge on arrival, got home that night and everything was frozen solid.

Booked this accommodation for 1 night prior to late flight. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment. Was spotless clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Simply furnished, with table and chairs on patio and 2 sunloungers. Nice pool also. 10 minutes downhill to main strip. Small "corner shop" next door. Certainly would recommend.

U want take rope of gate at front y do give u keys on second day I got up 5am two stranger stand outside my door full of drugs because I couldn't lock gate because of rope toe round it very dangerous

our room was at the end close to the road and is very noisy. constant traffic very loud. pool is very deep you have to be atleast 5 foot 4 to stand.

Quiet,relaxing week. Spacious apartment with personal sun loungers for each apartment. Pool lovely, easy to obtain sunlounger by pool. Lovely helpful, hardworking staff. Superb value for money. Would return. Thank you

The location is perfect, we had a room facing the pool so it was perfect. There was a decent amount of kitchen utensils provided. Thre was a fan in the room which worked as we were only two people. The cleaner would change the towels every other day which is good. Overall I highly recommend this.

We were not provided with towels when we arrived. The reception is open for limited hours so if you require things you have to be in at tthe right time, we did not have towels for two days because of this issue. I would aks for some extra bin bags as they get quite full and a floor clean when the towels are replaced as it can get quite grubby. Another fan would also be good.
