Beach front and social hour

Small beds, slow housekeeping. No towels, toilet paper, tissues or trash bags replaced..kept having to request them. Not enough outdoor seating by the pool not enough indoor seating for breakfast.

The staff was friendly.

It was dingy and needed updates. Lighting fixtures rusty. Stains on furniture and walls.

I loved the beautiful views I loved that you had a bar right by the pool and from the pool you could go straight to the beach

A lot of things the ceiling in our room was leaking the food and drinks weren't a big selection it was good but a little over priced you do have a Chinese restaurant & a steakhouse with a casino across the street but the resort is pretty boring there's no actual activities or shows going on it's more so a place for you to eat drink & lay around doing nothing

I didn't like that is wasn't no users in the area. Taxi was $75 each way.

Everything was very clean and accessible. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Lack of room service, rooms weren’t cleaned daily nor there weren’t clean towels daily we had to use same towels for the whole stay.

I thought the accomodation in general was a little 'tired' and in need of upgrading. We booked the accommodation as 'pet friendly' but disappointed with restrictions advised.

Pool towels were not available immediately. I was called security for asking for towels on the front desk!

First time and last. Room service champagne and strawberries for an attempted couple surprise were ruined by stupid rules, overpriced stay with such bad service. The only likes at stay were the breakfast buffet restaurant staff and the amazing housekeeping assistant manager super nice..

Not welcome before check in, not welcome at the entrance and bot welcome at check in, horrible experience. Front desk staff rude. Room service unacceptable, overpriced. Room 712. Air Conditioner damage, room was hot.uncomfortable temperature 74degress at night time.
