Poor mattress and no separate bathroom. Tub and sink part of main room without doors.

The historic building is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had an upper floor room with nice high beamed ceilings. The breakfast is very nice. It's a perfect location to visit Diest.
I have decided that I prefer a hotel that has on site reception. No matter how responsive the staff are to communications, there is always a delay. Just a reminder that this hotel does not have air conditioning if you're visiting in the summer. I prefer a hotel where they don't replace your towels every day or give you a way to say whether you want them replaced or not. Or if you want your room cleaned or not. The mattress had springs sticking up.

Very nice manor style hotel.
15’ walk from the station.
In the city center with good food opportunities.
Very pleasant breakfast.
Don’t expect to have super modern rooms.
Actualy, nice hotel!
