Hostal Conjeho is a block from Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor and an easy walk from other tourist attractions and a range of eating options. Parking is available nearby (but must be reserved ahead). Our room was under the roof with low sloped ceilings but well ventilated during the day with openable skylights in the room and bathroom (though see my negative comments about nighttime). Check in was easy and staff helpful.

The hotel is located on a busy plaza that is noisy into the early morning. With windows closed to reduce noise the room was stuffy. (Rooms at the back might be quieter.) The bed was hard and the mattress pad was thin. Bed linens were worn and pillows old and lumpy. We slept poorly.

Great location next to Plaza Mayor. Walking distance to all tourist attractions and shops.

A few bars next to hostal which can make it very noisy especially if rooms have a view of the square or street. This is our 3rd stay here, quieter rooms are available, which we have stayed in but they don’t have a view.

Excellent place very close to the Plaza Mayor, and you can't beat the price! Staff was wonderful as well, really nothing to complain about.

Room was small, but very reasonable for the price and location.

Great location and clean, although the room was very dated. Nice balcony that opened over the Square.

Because it was so central it was also so loud. I expected some noise from the bars below and they were fine, but each night there were groups sitting directly outside the property shouting and screaming until after 5am. Not the properties fault but something to be aware of.
