The staff are very gentle with smiley faces and very supportive. Also being in the city middle and inside the green plaza mall makes your stay very enjoyable

I liked the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located inside a large shopping mall, which was very useful. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good.
The breakfast had a very limited variety and the food options were quite basic, which was disappointing for a five-star hotel. The lunch experience was even worse. The waiter, Mohamed Ramadan, took our order incorrectly, and because of that we received the wrong dishes. On top of the already long waiting time, the mistake caused even more delay. The food portions were very small, and the taste was average and nothing special
