Hôtel de Garlande

Nice sized room and very helpful staff. Great central location but you have to walk a few blocks to get to a street where people drive: eg if you need an Uber

1) It’s in a pedestrian area so cars can’t drive up with your luggage and you have to walk — a short distance but if someone had large or many bags it isn’t ideal. 2) I was lucky to score one of the two rooms on the entry level but my friends were up a flight of stairs and it was a challenge. 3) Check out is 11 am; you can leave your bags but no one will be at the desk for several hours after that. 4) You leave your key on a board in the front hall when you go out, which doesn’t seem like the most secure arrangement.

Hotel Garlande is very well located in the Old Town. Clement was extremely helpful and accommodating and cooked the most beautiful treats for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Avignon

Excellent, friendly staff & excellent location.I have always loved being in Avignon and now I have found the perfect hotel to stay in. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Nothing

Location was good

No parking for our car besides a parking garage far from hotel. Small room and stairs. More like a dorm room. Bed was hard and plastic headboard.
