Grand Hyatt Dubai Resort & Waterpark

The room was very spacious and comfortably fit an additional bed for our son. There was a cloak room which fit all our bags so we didn't have to keep them outside in the room. The food was amazing and we had choices from a couple of restaurants as we took the half board option. We mainly ate at The Market Place restaurant as there were several options of cuisines to choose from. Of course, the waterpark was the highlight for our kids as they went on all the slides several times :) plenty of snacks and drinks options in the waterpark. A memorable stay :) Thank you very much :)

A lot of people were smoking in the water park and with children around, it wasn't good. The management needs to have dedicated spaces in the waterpark for smoking or ban it totally.

It’s a lot of fun for the family and the staff are incredibly friendly the rooms are spacious

It’s very old and upkeep for the pool isn’t very good

The room is pleasant and comfortable, and the beds are comfortable. Lots of elevators that arrive quickly. The Waterpark, everything clean,the jym, spa, jakozi, food is great! … The atmosphere in the hotel, the plants, and the stream inside. The staff!

It is less convenient to get around with a baby in a stroller, and there is no playground or other activity area for yang children, only the pool.

Clean and comfortable rooms, only little waiting time to check in, organized . Staff in the waterpark is amazing. Thank you to these people as they made our stay memorable. I booked with breakfast and lunch included. The breakfast was delicious in the Market cafe: kids and adults loved it. A special thanks to a moroccan manager I think who was very welcoming, hospitable and hardworking.

The lunch ( half board ) was included in my booking in the Panini restaurant and it was very disappointing: first we booked for two adults and two kids and I was asked to select only one main dish for two adults and one for each kid. How am i supposed to share one salad/ or one sandwich between two adults? It’s ridiculous. Trying to do savings at any cost, this is not what we call hospitality. But also, before that the staff was completely lost and it took 40minutes for them to sort out what we could or not order. This looked ridiculous again. The regular menu contains about 20 dishes, but for us they offered only three or four choices: if you are vegetarian or else… you do not have a choice. As a desert, we were asked to select one dessert for four persons ( did they imagine that two adults and two kids fighting over a tiny cake would be a great idea to cut costs ? ) This was very disappointing even my kids asked why we only could have one dish for two adults. The service was very slow, an asian lady who served us at first did not have any idea of how assisting us.
