Definitely felt newly renovated and it was so pretty inside! All of the staff were kind and attentive!
The water would not stay consistently hot when turned on, I would find myself turning it off and on to get warm water.

Very friendly, helpful staff; nice bar downstairs and kitchen open for meals till 21.00 (delicious risotto). Buzzy atmosphere outside, lots of happy young people, but excellent sound-proofing in the room. Good breakfast. Nice and close to République metro.
Nothing to carp about.

The room was well furnished and very comfortable. All staff were super friendly and service-minded. Breakfast was good!
The elevator is very small, only for two people. The reception area a bit too small or narrow, gets quickly crowded.

The location was excellent. Walkable to the Louvre, shopping area and the Latin Quarter. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby. The staff were friendly and the rooms kept very clean. The shower was excellent!
Uncomfy bed it one rock solid pillow and one really soft one! It’s quite small so you can hear a lot of comings and goings throughout the hotel.
