Good location, close to the city centre. Free parking this close to the centre is rare and appreciated. Welcoming staff who allowed us to check in early. All the amenities were explained thoroughly.
Our room was by the business hub and overlooked the reception. Not a major problem; but still caused more noise than I was expecting. Glass doors! I keep finding glass doors for bathrooms at hotels and I hate them. The idea for me of a toilet and bathroom is for privacy, so can you consider proper doors please? For the price it was adequate. Not enough staff in the brasserie; the waitress was excellent, but she could have done with some help. Nit picking but two abandoned chairs outside the front is not what you expect from a hotel charging this amount.

lovely to be near the park. It was a bit dated (very 90s). The room size was good. The gourmet restaurant looked nice, with a local carte, nothing exceptional, only sound. Breakfast had good choices.
I think it is rated 5* because it offers 24 hours reception...lol...ok...not quite what it should be.

One has to pay extra to access the spa (very mean).
Parking could be difficult.
Food choices (brasserie) are minimal and unispiring.
The gym was....hummm...well well below expectation. It is basically a bedroom with a treadmill in...it looks good on a picture but it serves no purpose. Invest in proper gym equipment.
