Longchamp Elysées

Great location can walk to Eiffel tower and many restaurants, very helpful staff. Exceptionally comfy beds and excellent facilities (fridge) and aircon.

Nothing, we loved it.

The location of the hotel is excellent with many restaurants close by and a good choice of dining options. The closest metro stop, Trocadero is only 5 minutes' walk away and the Place du Trocadero with its excellent view of the Tour Eiffel is just a few minutes further. The breakfast was more than adequate and the hot drink facilities were available 24hrs. All of the hosts we met were friendly and helpful.

Our room was very small, probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I have travelled worldwide, including several stays in Paris. When I made my booked I requested a twin room which was acknowledged by email, and although the double bed could have been separated into 2, this was not done. The end of the bed was only 30cm from the wall with the TV mounted at eye level and my friend hit her head on this when she had to visit the bathroom during the night - this is clearly a safety hazard. The addition of bedside table/ night stands would enhance the guest experience with sockets to enable phone charging and maybe a drawer in which to place personal items, given that the room was too small to accommodate a sideboard and the were no drawers in the small wardrobe.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Stored our luggage for us as we arrived 4 hours prior to check in. Also added on complimentary breakfast for us to our stay. We come across 3 different receptionists and all of them were so helpful. Only a short 8 min walk to view the Eiffel Tower. Exceptional location

Room size was a bit of a squeeze for 2 adults and a toddler but when the majority of time is spent outside of the room this wasn’t much of an issue for us.

It’s very convenient location, few minutes walk to Trocadéro. Gianni is very nice and friendly and helpful.

There is a thief in the cleaning staff. My wallet with money was stolen during our week stay. We didn’t realize it until we were unpacking our stuff when we get home. The wallet was on my purse’s zippered pouch. I reported it right away. I called the hotel and spoke with Darius. Hopefully the Hôtel manager will do something about it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.
