Great old building in a good location. Staff upbeat and positive.
It really needs refurbishing particularly the bathrooms. It could be fabulous if it was re designed with a more modern vibe.

Beautiful maintained property full of atmosphere. The rooms were large and very comfortable the bed and pillows were lovely. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar so you could make yourself at home. The pool and the dining room were beautiful and spotless. The food was delicious.

It is an oasis of peace, calm and excellent service within the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes

Beautiful hotel and garden, very large and comfortable room, huge bathroom, very good breakfast, mostly pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for exploring Aigues Mortes, good parking facility under the hotel. Lovely cats in the garden.
Extremely rude and passive-aggressive reception on our day of arrival. Deliberately delayed check-in knowing that we were parked in the road and wanted to move our car out of the way. Refused to expedite processing to let us get to parking and return to complete the process. Very unpleasant arrival experience.
Bathroom design and amenities could be better. No place to put anything in the shower. Room is like a fishbowl, with main source of light being large glass entry doors on the walkway.
