Excelente ubicacion y muy comoda la habitacion. La cocina muy bien equipada- Super recomendable- Volveria sin dudas. Muy limpio y la cama super confortable-

Podria haber un cambio de toallas en el medio de una estadia de 5 dias.

Muito mal administrado. Pior Adágio que já fiquei. Logo no check in a porta não funcionou. Desci quatro vezes para trocar a chave. Ficamos no corredor, minhas filhas no chão com as malas até chegar a manutenção. Não trocaram de apartamento. Televisão não funcionou direto a imagem dos canais. Telefone não funcionou, tinha que descer para pedir qualquer coisa. Horrível a manutenção do apartamento. Nada funcionava direito. Precisei usar o sofá cama. Tive que descer para pedir mais travesseiros e roupa da cama. Não tinha no apartamento. Tudo tem uma taxa extra, café da manhã, limpeza, etc. Foi nossa terceira vez nesse hotel por experiências anteriores melhores, mas nunca mais fico lá. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Hotel is only 15 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower

Many things from reservation till check-out... 1) Reservation: The photos of the room includes view of Eiffel and we bought it, but the room doesnt see Eiffel, when we asked they said photo is just an image. 2) Check-in: They asked to pay more city tax than it is written in Booking paper. And didnt give our keys. I called Booking Customer Care, talked with supervisor and after 40 minutes they accepted. 3) There is no open window in the rooms, so no fresh air 4) Heating is not working. We asked for repair and they said no staff (5 days stay) 5) Asked for towel change&room cleaning after 3 days and they asked 23 Euro for it. 6)TV was not working, informed the reception and they said there is no staff to repair (5 days) 7)Hotel is 32 flat building and breakfast room is very small, food finishes very quickly and you need to wait for new food in the breakfast. 8) When check out time, I asked for invoice and they said I will get it from Booking.com. I wrote to Booking and they said I should get from thr hotel. When I came back, I talked and they refused again. After my insist and talking witk Booking Customer Care, they accepted to give again after half an hour. 9)Breakfast staff is nice but reception staff is ...

Hi! we visited Paris for the first time,and after we booked this hotel,got very anxious by looking at the negative reviews ,but once we reached hotel,we found everything was very comfortable..staffs at the reception was very cordial..we could keep the luggage very easily with a locker room as it was early checkin,rooms were very beautiful and clean with an amazing view of Eiffel Tower ,Siene river and the entire Paris from 29th floor,quite spacious apartment and well equipped kitchen.we could reach champ de mars with a 10 mins walk overlooking Seine river..also there are few grocery shops just beside the hotel..In one word my overall experience was great and I wish would book the same hotel whenever I visit Paris next time.

Close to bus stop, metro and Eiffel tower, very accessible, lots of establishment in the area. The guard Tee is friendly and helpful. The front french older guy is helpful. The staff are all good and accomodating.

The clogged toilet! It was just our first day that we noticed that the toilet would not flush as fast as it could then on our fourth day it was cloggged totally but they called the technician the next day and they have it solved. The dryer in the laundry is not working just took my euros but didn’t dry our clothes. No shampoo and conditioner provided

Instalaciones y ubicación, a 5-10 minutos del Metro y del Centro de compras Beaugrenelle - Lafayette y 15-20 minutos a pie de La Torre Eiffel.

La liberté procurée par la formule appart hôtel

Climatisation défaillante remplacée par des rafraichisseurs inefficaces dont les filtres sont très sales et les bacs à eau moisis . .Quand on loue un appartement climatisé, il doit être climatisé et non mal rafraichi par des appareils à l'hygiène inacceptable ! Il semble que ce problème de clim soit récurent dans cet hôtel depuis fort longtemps . Lors de la réservation cela n'est pas précisé .Ce manque d'info frôle l'arnaque . Le vieux fauteuil PMR stocké dans la salle de bain est aussi de très mauvais gout . La piscine n'est pas très propre et trop profonde , 1.40 mt pour des enfants .

La vue est à couper le souffle. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour les visites touristiques et le quartier est très calme.très bon insonorisation.

Les essentiels sont présents mais; pas de shampooing ; il a fallu le demander.Le lit -canapé doit être mis en place par le client. Qq réparations seraient judicieuses;le pommeau de la douche, la lampe de lit, la bonde du lavabo; pas grand chose mais cela gâche un peu l’ensemble.

L’ emplacement un autobus juste devant l’hôtel. Le personnel courtois. L’appartement était propre

L’équipement comme pas de climatisation dans les chambres vraiment trop chaud dans l’appartement, les fenêtres n’ouvrent pas. L’ascenseur très longue à avoir très suffocant à l’intérieur, et souvent en panne, pas pratique quand on est en étage supérieur comme au 23 ième .

Noise, is close to the elevator and you can listen other guest

The breakfast was very good. The bakery was excellent.

The elevator noise was horrible day by day, in every 2 minutes you can hear such an airplane noise. The AC and TV were not working. Disappointed very much mainly during the hot summer.

We had the Eiffel Tower view room on floor 20 and it was amazing! Love the size of the apartment. The location was perfect. 10min walk to the Eiffel Tower and also great buffet brekkie.

The aircon worked for half a night of our 5 night stay. We bought this to the attention numerous times. They did send someone up to look at it and he said it needed a new hose and he would be back first thing in the morning. He never returned. The nights were ridiculously hot and not comfortable what so ever when returning from a huge day of sightseeing.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, close to Metro and the Seine. Nice small functional kitchen bench. Plenty of extra facilities around, breakfast, food sold at reception etc Laundry facilities Good service from 3 or the 4 employees I encountered.

The laundry was an issue, many machines broken down, the payment wall didn't accept notes but there was provision for them and no sign. The reception refused to change notes to coins to allow me sufficient coins to wash and dry, told me to go to a convenience store next door. Appalling customer service from the front desk.

Aircondision doesnt work, breakfast doesn’t work many people no enought food
