Location. Bed. Shower.
Villa Nicolo Hotel deserves five stars except for a few details. The paint is peeling inside the shower area in room 33, and the wet towels weren't changed. Aside from that, the accommodation is spectacular, and so is the area. They say breakfast is awesome. I loved it.

The room was spacious, clean and in an amazing location. You accommodated 3 friends staying in one room.
Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.
We were not informed before our arrival that the hotel was under refurbishment so that was disappointing. All the pictures were off the walls and there were bits of paper everywhere saying that they were refurbishing. The next day there were painters up the stairs painting etc. I had booked it as a special occasion for my friends so I was a little embarrassed when we arrived and it was being done up. We should have been informed before hand and maybe some compensation or the offer of something to make up for it not being up to its usual standard.

Great location and friendly reception staff. The room was very small though and the breakfast quite basic.
