Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the hotel was well located for the station. Breakfast was also very nice.
The hotel is on a very busy road and in the evening there was a lot of activity outside which carried on into the night. Not entirely unexpected for Paris but a little more boisterous than your average cafe crowd. May only be an issue on Saturday.

Staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. We are a family of 5 and the family room exceeded my expectation size wise.
Nothing really. It was great for the price.

The bedroom was lovely for 4 people and we had a pleasant stay!
It was a loud neighbourhood at night, with lots of sirens etc but this was fine as it was expected/normal to occur.

OK hotel, close to Gare Du Nord, Gare de l'Est and a Metro Station. Room small but OK
Neighbourhood a little bit rough. Breakfast quite basic compared to European standards.
