Front office personnel was very helpful,kind and smiling i like the service and professionalism . Special thanks to Gay, Reymond and two other laidies always smiling and help whenever we asked. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the location to turistic places and proximity to other restaurants is perfect.

The glasses are not enough , howevever the second shelf or the bottom shelf are empty just put more glasses there ! The same menu every morning and lack of any music . The eggs are prepared by the cook is fresh but he should learn how to speed up. People who are not eating pork has only cold Turkey salami option, as a meat which is not fair ! Also, there is one machine for coffe, the other one is hidden inside of a small room. Also , only one for the squeezing fruit machine exist ,the fruit machine is always stoping due to custimers do not put small pices of fruits but put the half of a carrot, ginger etc. A warning picture or a directive picture can be located as to show how the customers can operate the machine. Some personel in the kitchen ,like they are not happy with serving to customers. Similarly ,the cleaning staff do not smile or do not now how to say at list a good morning to the customers. Toilets at the basement smells very bad.
