Modern, clean with a great bar, seating and outdoor seating.
Remote. Too far away to walk anywhere. Fine for an overnight stopover but no longer unless you’re prepared to drive or get a tram.

Room was lovely and breakfast had a great selection of food available pool was also lovely and I was offered a towel for the pool on check in
There was only one sheet on the bed and the airconditioning was not good enough to justify sleeping with a quilt on, put 2 sheets on your bed people or get better airconditioning

Breakfast was great, staff behind reception were so helpful. Nice swimming pool. Great car parking.
Scrambled eggs needed to be cooked for longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, with the view of the lake and the tram for easy travel to the city.
The toilet cistern was faulty, and was continually filling with water. This was noisy and not environmentally friendly.
The iron was broken and damaged our clothing. A reimbursement for the clothing has been offered.
The fitness room was not well equipped. 1 Dumbell only. Towels weren't available in the fitness room.
The gate to the pool was broken, jamming and dangerous. The ladder into the pool was loose and dangerous.
The air-conditioning was in efficient. We had to leave it on 24/7 to keep our room somewhat cool. Not environmentally friendly.
