Park Hotel Hong Kong

1) Great location. This hotel is close to Kowloon park and a 5min walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It has restaurants and convenience stores right in front of the side doors. 2) The room is nice and cosy. Compared to another hotel I visited the same day, this has plenty of space, clean and cosy. The bathroom is large and had bath + shower combination. There was a safe and a fridge in the room. 3) I love the sustainability initiatives and reducing plastic by providing a water dispenser in each floor and providing an empty water container for the room. 4) Staff are great, especially the gentleman who checked me in. One great check in experience.

1) The gym could have more equipment as it was a bit limited.

Best hotel ever convenient price they work with you to upgrade to best level even suit on your regular price I like it very much this hotel supposed to be 5 stars hotel not 4 stars I recommended to who ever like a comfort stat

Clean and smell nice

Absolutely a 5-star experience. The location was excellent, right near the waterfront with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, very clean, and well maintained, and the room was just as impressive. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. More than once, they noticed when we were struggling with something and immediately stepped in to help without us even having to ask. That level of service really made a difference. Overall, everything from the location to the room quality and customer service exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
