Great place to stay the best of the last 6 weeks stayed at
The Staff were the Best
Great food 👏👏👏👍👌

Location of the property was great, with plenty of car parking and EV chargers, and with 2 bus routes really close by, it made it a great option for getting into the centre of Reims.
The bathroom was a bit tired. The shower door seal didn't work, so every shower caused a huge puddle on the floor, and the toilet and bath edges were all stained - won't take much to bring it up to what you'd expect from a Mercure.

Good choice of breakfast and you catered well for people with food intolerances.
Short measures of beer.

Comfortable beds
Smell of smoke in the bathroom. Tea making facilities but no milk. Very poor service in the restaurant, ordered our meal at 7.15 took nearly 30 mins to arrive, at 9.00 we still had not had our main course, I complained, when our meal did arrive some 25 mins later the Salmon was overcooked and dry.
