The hotel is a complete perfection from check-in to check-out, Mr Jihad and the team where fulfilling all the requirements and way above it. I am speechless and definitely will repeat the visit again.

The hotel is really nice as a boutique hotel, looks fresh and well renovated. The material used is great such as walls , bathrooms , floorings. The front desk and stuff in the ground is all well mannered and very presentable to guests BUT
The house keeping is very weak, and the cleaning isn’t up to standard . I could have told them but since all day we are out just come to refresh , I never seen refreshing towels, refreshing water has never been filled or provided unless I request. Or even remove and dirt from room, papers leftover. And the turndown service has been done very poorly.
I would take this hotel very nice with all aspects and the only downside side is the house keeping and if requested something it could be very cold and slow.
