Clean, neat and spacious for a family with a toddler. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices and drinks to choose to.

The property is situated at the golf course, close to Disney and shopping centre. The staff are amazing, above and beyond for their guests . We had our miniature dachshund and he came to breakfast and they cooked him a dinner in the restaurant . Very good beds and very clean .

We did have an issue with our dinner , we sat for over an hour and a half with just entree and when the meal came it was not great . I don’t think this is a regular thing , I think it was a mix up with our order

The team were exceptional! Every single person that we interacted with were so warm and lovely, there is not a bad thing to say. The grounds were lovely, I really wish we stayed an extra night to actually enjoy the hotel. We checked in before we went to Disney so we left our bags with concierge for when we came back. When we got back from a long day of exploring the bags were already in our room so we could have a shower and hop into bed. The rooms are a generous size and spotless! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we’ll be back soon :)

This was our fourth trip to Paris and Disneyland with my daughter, so we have previous stays to compare it with. We stayed at Grand Plaza as a group of four mothers and four children. We really liked the hotel itself: the pleasant grounds, convenient location, comfortable rooms, swimming pool and spa area. The bed was particularly comfortable, with soft bedding — something we especially appreciated after busy days at Disneyland. A major advantage was the shuttle service to Disneyland and back, departing right outside the hotel entrance. During our stay, shuttles ran every 15 minutes at weekends and every 30 minutes on weekdays. It was also convenient to be able to buy sandwiches, instant noodles, snacks and water at the hotel. There was a drinking-water dispenser in the corridor where we could fill a jug, and the rooms had a kettle, a coffee machine and everything needed to make tea or coffee. The buffet breakfasts were good, and the food was quite tasty.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the service from some members of staff, particularly at reception. I booked my room through Booking.com and presented my passport, booking number, confirmation code and confirmation email. Despite this, the receptionist spent around 30 minutes insisting that there was no reservation under my surname. She then claimed that my surname had been entered incorrectly, even though it matched my passport exactly on the confirmation. The issue was only resolved when another staff member stepped in, checked the details and confirmed the booking. Payment was confusing: the terminal rejected my PIN three times, yet staff then said the payment had gone through. Other members of our group waited 40–60 minutes while staff questioned their payment confirmation, eventually accepting it without a clear explanation. Some staff ignored morning greetings, and the omelette cook was unfriendly. At check-out, an apparently available receptionist saw me approaching with my child and suitcase, then turned away and left for several minutes. We liked the hotel, its location and facilities, but the cold, unhelpful service spoiled our experience and makes us hesitant to return. We hope management will address staff professionalism and friendliness.
