This hotel has a great location, very close to the catherdral (Dom) and a couple of museums. Unfortunately the museums were closed for renovations while we were there, but the cathedral was a 5 minute walk, as were the squares with the wonderful restauraunts.
The room was a little small for a queen sized bed, so space was at a premium. The shower door never sealed properly either, so, even with a short shower, water leaked into the bathroom.

Excellent location! Room is very clean. We enjoyed to stay there. Thanks!

The location of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance from train station but close to shops and restaurants with views of Cologne's Cathedral.

Great location.
Clean and modern.
Marvin stark at reception was amazing - deserves a promotion and pay rise.
Manager has no customer service skills, very abrupt and rude.
Wouldn't accommodate an accessible room for 2 of our party who couldn't climb into the bath to shower.
Restaurant very limited menu and choice of food.
No actual bar area.
Very late cleaning. I arrived back one day at 4.30/5pm to shower and warm up after being caught in the rain.
The cleaners were in my room cleaning at this time!!!
