The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Checkin was easy and pleasant. We were thrilled to have a room with a balcony looking straight at Neuschwenstein Castle. So beautiful! The room was perfect for our family with a separate room for the children. Parking was easy and included across the road. Dinner was fabulous in the restaurant, breakfast was perfect. Easy walk to the castles and lake.

This was a pleasant surprise. The Breakfast buffet was included in the room charge. They had hot food which most had the typical continental breakfast.
The parking situation. The lot #7 was full and we used the public parking. The public parking for the 3 hours cost 12 euros and then we moved to the lot #7 when space was available. We were informed on the web that the parking was 8 euros per day for the guests, we were charged 16. The little things add up quickly.
No air conditioning, but they did provide a fan. The shower doors were interesting(better than some but tight to enter.

Pleasantly surprised at the modern quality yet still very Bavarian feel. The restaurant is very handy and breakfast was excellent. You could not ask for a better location. Beds comfy and shower hot and good pressure.
Paying for parking is a trigger for me when paying for accommodation but it was reasonable and close by.

Struttura vecchia. Camere piccole. Troppo caro si approfittano del fascino dei castelli e non danno un servizio all'altezza dei prezzi
