The staff were great at reception conversing via Google translate. Lovely quiet room with comfy bed and pillows, you could hear a pin drop during the night. Room was clean and great to have a kettle with coffee and tea. Was great to watch some of the young kids doing ski jumping. Breakfast was lovely.t
There wasn't anything I didn't like. It is a bit of a hike down into the town and back but it is very picturesque with the castle on the hill.

This hotel is amazing. It's in a great location, at the end of Wernigerode, right next to the nature. I felt the air there is super clean and healthy. I like the green grass of the ski schanzen (we were there in the summer). At night it is so quiet, you only hear birds' noises. The room was spacious and the bathroom had everything necessary. I really love this location for its serenity, nature and fresh air. The breakfast in the hotel was very good as well.

Incredibilmente in mezzo al nulla e con pochi parcheggi.
Richiesta automatica della chiave piuttosto laboriosa.
Camera piccola ma soprattutto spiovente molto bassa.
Struttura lontana dall'unico punto di intessere turistico, il castello
