Everyone was very friendly. The sauna was great and the breakfast was delicious.

They had desks where you could sit and work
The room was a bit old and even if you are not facing the street but on the inside it can still be very noisy at night since there is a bar

I had some special requests regarding my allergies, and Ms. Jennifer Hofer took care of all that with a genuine smile. She was very helpful and friendly. Further, Ms. Lea Sophie Franz took care of my special breakfast needs and took trouble checking on me regularly. The staff was outstanding, and everything else was perfect. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Location is very close to the main long-distance train station of Kassel (Wilhelmshöhe), i.e. just walk from the station. There is direct tram connections to the city center of Kassel, starting in front of the hotel (or in front of the train station, which is one tram stop away). Bed was very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.

Convenient & quiet location, easy access to Kassel city centre by Tram 1, clean & stylish room, excellent breakfast, little nice wellness place for relaxation
Breakfast could be improved (given the price paid for the room), rooms facing the main street can be very noisy, tea & coffee making set would be nice

The location was excellent, very close to the UNESCO site and centre of town. Very clean and modern room, very comfy bed. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Jarn at reception and bar. Who made time to talk us whilst very busy managing the reception and the bar. Follow your dreams Jarn, good luck.

The staff was very friendly. It's a 5min walk to Kassel Wilhelmshöhe, which is the city's main train station (and not the actual main station, only the suburban railway leaves from there).
We had major doubts that housekeeping cleaned our room completely - there was a used COVID self test in the trash from the previous guests and the complementary water bottle was half empty. When we mentioned this at the reception, they upgraded is to a different room without hesitation though.

The electricity in my bathroom was off and it took days and 3 reminders to get it fixed. There is no air conditioning and this attic room needs it.

Clean room and everywhere in the hotel, very good breakfast. The staff acts very fast, no waiting for anything.
Would be good to have the set to make tee/cafe in the room. The parking is not for free.

Elevator and room was not clean at all.

Unfortunately the mattress was not comfortable:it was too hard, that caused me inconvience.
