Very nice modern apartment of 67 m² built in 2016 in a sumptuous residence close to all amenities. Located 25 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of PUNTA PRIMA, the apartment is beautifully landscaped.
This apartment has a capacity of 6 people and has 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (one with 1 double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 shower rooms with wc, an open kitchen overlooking a living room with sofa Bed and dining room. Television with channels in French. This apartment has two terraces, partly covered with 9 m² and a solarium part overlooking the garden and swimming pool as well as a solarium terrace overlooking The total area of the terraces is 39m ².

Très bon logement , super comme d’habitude avec zapinvest ! Juste dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de place de parking à l’interieur , nous étions à l’exterieur De la résidence ! A part sa rien a dire.
