The rooms we stayed at were clean and comfortable. Great selections for the breakfast buffet. They had the best scrambled eggs!
None. We only had minimal interactions with the staff members but did not have issues with any of them. The reception was responsive to a query.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with fresh air and no unpleasant smells. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good and of high quality, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Parking can be difficult, especially when the hotel is busy.
