Die Lage war perfekt, super Service und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig der Spa Bereich ist sehr gemütlich. Außerdem ist das eigene Restaurant nur zu empfehlen.

Bin bereits das zweite Mal hier gewesen und liebe den Wellnessbereich.

Ein Mini-Minuspünktchen: ich würde mir mehr Auswahl an frischen Obst beim Frühstücksbuffet wünschen, insbesondere Beerenfrüchte wie etwa Heidelbeeren oder Erdbeeren. Aber ansonsten alles top.

The room was spacious and the spa facilities were good as well. Breakfast and the overall standard of food was very nice. Most of the staff were friendly.

The mattress was not very comfortable, I asked for a double on booking.com and I got 2 twin mattresses, and the quilts were single. The instructions for my safe were incorrect and it took 2 days for staff to help resolve, where in the end I worked out the problem and advised them to update the instructions. There was not tea or coffee or fridge in the room. A couple of the staff were not very attentive around dinner service, and a little disorganised. Breakfast in the morning was mostly very good although there were many wasps in the outside area. The layout for the breakfast was not very functional. As well when they had run out of sausages or something else, they would not cook any more or provide which I thought was very poor and stingy of the hotel. As well they didn't know how to cook poached eggs and refused to cook them. I would not stay here again unless there was an improvement in the overall standard as this hotel claims to be 4 star. You got the impression that this was a high tourism hotel and neglected the customer at a more personal level.
