Alles andere war aber okay. Zimmer waren sauber, Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch okay, wenn auch ein bißchen teuer für das Angebot.
Das Hotel hat für unserer Unternehmungen sehr gut gelegen.
Das Hotel sollte über eine Bar verfügen. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die vorhandene Bar nicht richtig besetzt war. Die Rezeption (bis 22 Uhr verfügbar) könnte aber Getränke verkaufen. So hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt.
Im Bad hätten ein paar Handtuchhalter mehr sein können, ist aber oft ein Problem in Hotels.

The staff members are super friendly. They were able to accommodate my travel schedule allowing me an early check-in. They were also kind to answer all my questions in a timely matter! super helpful!
The location is a bit far away from city centre. But the buses are reliable and convenient. Considering its price, this is a great choice!

excellent location, bus station in front of the door, supermarket within 800 meters. super friendly staff and quiet room.
wifi connection is sometimes unstable. If you live too close to the end of corridor, then you will probably lose wifi connection.

The fridge was very loud, the door needed to be kicked open and was hard to handle. Safe was closed, window was not isolated against streetnoise and temperature

Great breakfast, bed was comfortable
It was not clean and there was mold in the shower. The room was freezing cold and no heater was working. I caught a cold that night.

I liked the bedroom furniture, the size of bed and the cleanliness. The desk in the room are enough for someone who travelling to work. The towels were very clean and the soap smell was well. And of course, the discount price of the room.
The heater system in the room a little bit not enough for someone from tropic. Just make sure if the central heater is working well in the winter.

The breakfast was excellent, and excellent value. The staff was very friendly, and check-in after hours worked well.
The quality of the internet (WiFi) connection in the room was extremely poor; it was insufficient to check e-mails. (This was on the third floor; maybe in other areas it would have been different?)

The breakfast was awesome with only 5 euros per person. The room was clean and also had a small fridge. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Outside the hotel, there is a bus stop you can easily travel to the city centre, within 8-10 mins.

The staff was very helpful and professional. In general the hotel had a good concept in terms of handling covid. Although the hotel is close to a main road I didn't hear much. Noise insolation was satisfying and the room very quiet.
The mattress was old and soft. In general the furniture looked outdated for a 4 star Hotel.
And: Why you put a kitchen without any cooking items, not even cutlery or a kettle in a room? :)
