Frühstück und Betten waren super

Das Angebot zum Abendessen war sehr begrenzt und alles aus der Mikrowelle:

Ready to welcome us wholeheartedly within an hour of booking. Totally idyllic situation in forest but still close to village. Delicious evening meal in truly pleasant gardens. Fine wine and fabulous breakfast. I bought some exquisite gifts made by hand by a friend of Harzresidenz, which I am taking home as gifts for my sons and daughters ❤

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff is friendly, I had a pleasure to spend time in this hotel.

All was ok.

New owner since beginning of the year that made a lot of improvements. Location is good with nice roads to small villages, and the place offers good breakfast and dinner.

It was not informed on booking.com that the kitchen closed around 8pm however the staff where friendly enough to prepare something anyhow and this saved the day :)

Breakfast was very good in a light and airy breakfast room

Very quiet location but also very nice. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Eat at the restaurant - it's really very good and good prices as well.

Not much to do in the area and when you are staying on a "quiet day" (Ruhetag - Sunday when we were there) be prepared to head out of town for dinner. Not many options around.

This is an excellent hotel, lovely location, staff very helpfull and friendly, the breakfast and resteraunt food excellent, of very high standard. Not far from all interesting places to visit. We can highly recommend this hotel.
