The team has been very friendly and helpful
The fact that there was no A/C in the room. I was there in June with 35 degrees outside and the A/C, due to the law restrictions, could only work at 30 degrees which is basically leaving the room without A/C. This environmental law has no logic at all when it comes to accommodating guests in 35 degrees Celcius and if the Hoteliers Association can not do anything about it then the choice for us the consumers of the "Zurich tourism product" will be simply not to buy it again.
