Sehr schönes Haus mitten in der Stadt direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Professioneller Service, sehr schicke und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, tolles Restaurant, Bar und Café direkt im Haus.
Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Je vais dans cette hôtel tous les mois et à chaque fois je dois donner toutes mes coordonnées alors qu'ils ont tout mais personne ne s'intéresse au client, la dernière chambre était grande comme un timbre post et la salle de bain digne de celle de mon arrière grand-mère, j'ai fait la réflexion à la réception mais je ne pense pas que les employés sont intéressés à la qualité du service, à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas reçu de retour quand à mes doléances.

Booking.com made mistake in conveying my booking details to the hotel. Booking.com failed to fix the problem and the hotel was not cooperating and refused to help.

Superb, as always. Very conveniently located, just opposite the Central Station, with friendly and efficient staff, comfortable and scrupulously clean rooms, a cosy bar and an excellent breakfast. While not cheap, I consider it the hotel in Zürich with the best price/quality relationship.
Not the cheapest hotel in Zürich (but good luck finding a "cheap" hotel in Zürich!).

The hotel had a great location across the street from the main train station. Our room was nice and big and clean and a great way to start our trip. It was also very quiet despite the hotel being in a busy location. We had a snack at the restaurant and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the room perfectly suited all of our needs. Highly recommend this hotel. It is also centrally located by great shopping and very close to the old district.

The staff at the reception is not helpful at all. Every question needs to get confirmation. The housekeeping is perfect! Love how they clean up and tidy everything in the room. Twice a day

The staff, location across from the central train station & near all shops & restaurants was great. The breakfast was excellent providing lots of choice.
The beds were comfortable & the coffee machine & complimentary fruits in the room were nice.
The bar area is too small. We were unable to use bec there are only a few tables & as a result no availability every day we were there.
